After registering and logging in, you will enter your personal account screen. Start your email marketing by finding the feature list on the left-hand side of the page.

Dashboard

The first item on the list of features is' Dashboard '. How to create an audience list

Email list segmentation is a technique used by email marketers to send highly targeted emails by dividing their lists into smaller groups or "segments". So how do we create an audience list in SendPalm's account?

First, you need to go to 'Import Contacts' in the top right corner of your personal account screen, click on it and select ‘Import CSV File'.

It should be noted that before you create a new audience list, you need to prepare a CSV file with your customers' email addresses.

The pop-up window allows you to enter the name of the new audience list and upload your CVS file to the box below. Once you've done, you can click on 'Import to List' in the lower right corner to upload customer information.

Then you will get a dashboard with the name you just named, and this is your audience list,for example I named the list ‘Sale Leads’.

You can click on the name of the Audience list to see Email verification results, or you can see from the dashboard which are VailD, Unknown, Invaild, Risky Email, and so on.

For emails that you want to Remove from the list, you can tick the little box in front of the email and click 'Remove Contacts' to Remove them.

How to launch an email campaign

In fact, 40 percent of B2B marketers say email newsletters are critical to their content marketing success, and 73 percent of millennials prefer to communicate with businesses via email. So learning how to launch an email campaign is crucial.

Check out the 'Email Campaogns' option on the left-hand side of your personal account page.

Click on 'New Email Campaign'

After opening the new page, you can name your activity's Theme and select our preset template, but before that, you need to click the button in the upper right corner to complete the Theme Setting for your activity.

In the Theme Setting, you need to complete and save your email campaign's basic information, such as username, company name, sender domain, link(web&social account link), etc

Once you're done with Settings, select the template you want, and then you can start designing your email campaign

The design panel here has everything you want, and the drag-and-drop Smart Editor lets you create your design in just a few minutes. After designing your newsletter you can click on the "Test&Preview" button in the upper right corner to send a test email and preview the effects of the newsletter.

Once you are completely satisfied with your design you also need to select single lists you need to send in, email verification status, and other information. When everything is ready, press 'Send Campaign' to Send your Campaign!!

Then select an audience list for which you want to set up a pop-up campaign, click the name of it and open it.

Then find the Subscriber Pop-up Form area in the Audience list and click the Settings button to start.

 

On a new page like the one below, you can set up and design your pop-up campaign whatever you like!

As you can see, in the Settings list on the right hand side of the page, you can change the List name, toggle our pre-set pop-up template, select your favorite color Palattes, and more. In addition, you can modify everything related to the Pop-up campaign for the best effect, For example, pop up on screen position, after x seconds or webpage x% of webpage to show the pop up, etc.

And on the right is the preview of your pop-up form. Every time you change the Settings in the Settings list on the left, you can see them in preview on the right, making your design more precise.

In addition to the sign-up form, you can also set the page for successful registration.

 

When you have finished setting up and designing your pop-up form, click the 'Save Settings &Preview' button.

Then on the new screen you can copy the URL to preview your pop-up in the web page, and you can copy the pop-up form code to your website. Finally, you can browser your own website to test whether pop-up Form is working properly.
